Joe’s has the best customer service. I had a sheet metal screw in my tire. They fixed it for a very reasonable price the same day. They also checked the tire pressure in all four tires and put them at the exact pressure. Not like a different place I went to one time that had a difference of 15 lbs. Thank you! I was experiencing a “death wobble” on my lifted 07 Jeep Wrangler. A different place quoted me over $1000 for repairs to be completed with a vague timeline due to them possibly having to order parts. I took my jeep to Joe’s and they fixed it in two days for $200. Everything was communicated appropriately, and the staff were very friendly yet professional. One month later and my Jeep still runs better than it ever has with no more wobbles, even after driving it all the way to Nashville. Joe was doing a 4 wheel alignment on my brand new truck. I had the truck lowered. He put the truck on his machine and he wasn’t satisfied with the readings. He called for service for the machine. I brought the truck back and he still didn’t like what he was getting for readings. He put his own truck on the machine to verify.
