Daily responsibilities will include the use of a tablet to perform digital vehicle inspections. Diagnosis and repair of various automotive and light truck systems including electrical, suspension, tire, chassis, engine, transmission, accessory, alignment, etc. Routine vehicle maintenance and fluid services. Maintaining a clean presentable work area.

If you are interested in an Automotive Service Advisor position, you should know that the service advisor is the face of the business, providing excellent customer service, explaining the repair and maintenance needs clearly so the customers understand the value of the work to be done. The ideal candidate will be responsible, dependable, prompt, and will love working with people. A working knowledge of car parts, billing out repairs/selling jobs, and working with technicians is helpful. The ability to give excellent customer service and pay close attention to detail is essential.
